Shipping policy

Orders are made in 1–2 business days, then shipped within the United States. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and the shipping option you choose.

Processing time

Each item is made to order. Production takes 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. During busy seasons this may take longer; if so, we'll post a notice on the site.

Delivery time

After your order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and shipping option you select at checkout. Carrier estimates are not guarantees.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We don't offer local pickup.

Shipping costs and taxes

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Shipping, any applicable sales tax, and your order total are shown before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking information.

Delays

If we can't ship your order within the time stated above, we'll email you with a revised ship date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.
